Deposit & Rescheduling Policy

By placing a booking and paying a deposit with NOIR ATELIER ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all appointment bookings made through our website, in-studio, or via any other communication channel.

1. Deposit Purpose & Credit

All appointments require a secured deposit (€20 for standard sessions or €50 for full-day sessions, unless otherwise communicated). The deposit serves to secure your appointment slot and compensate the artist for dedicated design preparation time. The full deposit amount is 100% credited toward your final tattoo balance on the day of your session.

2. Non-Refundable Deposit

All deposits are non-refundable. Once paid, the deposit cannot be returned regardless of the reason for cancellation, except as outlined in Section 6 (Studio-Initiated Changes).

3. Complimentary Reschedule

Each deposit entitles you to one (1) complimentary reschedule, subject to the following conditions:

• Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the originally scheduled appointment.
• Requests must be made via email (info@noir.cy) or WhatsApp.
• The new appointment date is subject to studio and artist availability.
• Your deposit will automatically transfer to the newly scheduled date.

4. Additional Rescheduling & Deposit Forfeiture

Any request for a second or further reschedule after the complimentary one will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment date. This policy exists to ensure fair scheduling for all clients and to respect the artist's time dedicated to custom design preparation.

5. No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy

• No-Show: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notification (at least 48 hours in advance) will result in the full forfeiture of your deposit. No refund or transfer will be issued.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellation requests received less than 48 hours before the appointment are treated as no-shows, and the deposit will be retained in full.

6. Studio-Initiated Changes

Noir Atelier reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to artist illness, equipment failure, or force majeure events. In such cases, the client will be offered:

• A full reschedule at no additional cost, or
• A full refund of the deposit.

7. Payment Link Validity

Deposit payment links issued via email are valid for 5 calendar days from the date of issuance. If payment is not received within this period, the appointment slot may be released to other clients, and a new booking request will be required.

8. Governing Law

This Deposit & Rescheduling Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
